Recently I don't know how it happened but I somehow got a scratch on my Dior eyeglass lens. I called Coastal customer service to ask how I could have the scratched lens replaced. The guy on the phone explained that they typically don't replace only the lens but since he could see that I ordered the glasses earlier in the year he would see what he could do for me, and he would email me a free postage label if I wanted to send my scratched glasses in. Within a few days II received an email that a shipment was coming from coastal, which I assumed was a box for me to send my damaged pair back to them.

I have the scratched pair packaged and ready to send them but I've been putting it off.
